We recognize health and well-being are crucial to ensuring happy, successful, fulfilled employees. We invest in resources to ensure our people can live their best lives by focusing on work-life balance, providing Gallup surveys, onsite and virtual meditation, enlightenment opportunities, and health newsletters.

Creating Opportunities for a Successful Future

We encourage our employees to forge their own path by providing tools and opportunities for personal growth. We provide company sponsored book reading, career path planning, mentorship program, DISC profile assessment, skill assessments, and training.

We Want to Make a Positive Impact

Community goes beyond our work and personal connections. It includes those who may be in need or struggling, or those who need help achieving their goals. We support our community by volunteering and donating to those organizations that are dear to us.

    Junior Achievement-1

    Financial Literacy

Supporting commercial businesses is at our core. Mentoring our youth in financial literacy, work and career readiness sets them up for future success. Those who have the opportunity to learn from mentors are more likely to obtain a college degree and find career success. Investing in our youth today will positively influence our futures.

    Organizations we support:

    •    Junior Achievement USA

    Children’s Health & Education Assistance

Some of which has touched our Superior family personally. Supporting our kids in need provides them a chance to live a full and healthy life.

    Organizations we support:

    US Vets-1

    Veteran Causes

As a veteran-owned company, we have a special place in our hearts for current and future veterans, the people that have dedicated a piece of their lives to ensuring our freedom. One of our favorite events is creating and distributing holiday care packages for those veterans in need.

Your ability to think about CHOC – our patients, families, and staff – during a time when its easy to focus on oneself speaks volumes of your kindness and compassion. We have seen the beauty of humanity shine through you, and we are eternally grateful. Thank you for supporting the health and wellness of our community.”
