    Director, Sales - Remote Cash Capture

    We are seeking a senior level sales executive who is driven, results-oriented Director of Sales with a strong focus on outbound prospecting and closing new business. This role is a true hunter position—responsible for generating revenue through cold outreach, handling inbound leads from partners and managing the full sales cycle from first contact to close.

    This role is a true hunter position—responsible for generating revenue through cold outreach, handling inbound leads from partners and managing the full sales cycle from first contact to close. The candidate will target and mange enterprise targets and work with Top 100 banks for Cash Automation programs. The ideal candidate has experience in or exposure to the Remote Cash Capture / Cash Automation / CIT Industry, and understands the value smart safes, remote deposit, and cash automation bring to retailers and financial institutions. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sell solutions within the Remote Cash Capture, Smart Safe, and Cash Automation markets, including hardware, software, and service agreements.
    • Ability to drive complex, multi-party sales from prospect to closure. This will likely include negotiation of complex multi-party agreements as part of deal closure.
    • Craft and drive a high-value sales prospect funnel by partnering with key bank, CIT and financial partners to generate sales among enterprise customers and top 100 banks.
    • Maintain a high conversion rate on inbound leads from partners (e.g. Garda, Sesami, Banking Partners); also responsible for cultivating key partnerships.
    • Design and maintain key partnerships with Superior’s current treasury solutions partners and assure that partner’s resources can accurately represent Superior’s RCC program.
    • Maintain accurate and timely pipeline tracking, forecasting, and deal updates within HubSpot CRM to meet and exceed activity metrics, sales quotas, and revenue goals.
    • Identify new target verticals for the solution and craft campaigns to help introduce, educate and ultimately win business within that vertical.
    • Collaborate with internal operations, implementation, and service teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
    • Represent the company at professional events, tradeshows, etc.. while educating prospects on product capabilities, deposit credit processes, banking relationships, armored carrier integrations, and remote deposit transactions
    • Provide market feedback to leadership regarding client needs, competitive offerings, and evolving industry trends

     

    Required Qualifications

    • 5-10 years of successful B2B sales experience with heavy focus on treasury and financial products and solutions and with a heavy prospecting or hunting component calling on large enterprise customers and top 100 banks.
    • Heavily preferred experience with Remote Cash Capture, Cash Logistics, Smart Safes, Armored Transport, or Cash Automation Solutions
    • Demonstrated success closing new business through phone prospecting, email outreach, and pipeline management
    • Experience using HubSpot or a CRM for opportunity management and forecasting
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to present value to retail, restaurant, convenience, and financial customers
    • Self-starter with strong organizational habits and the ability to manage a large volume of outreach

     

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working with partner-generated leads such as cash-in-transit providers or banks
    • Background selling payment processing, POS, ATM, or other financial hardware/software
    • Experience with recurring revenue or service-based contracts
