    Business Operations Manager

    Responsibilities

    Warehouse Operations Management:

    • Oversee and manage all aspects of Georgia warehouse operations, including inventory
      management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes
    • Manage one warehouse associate - company is expanding and will be adding additional staff in time
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency, minimize costs, and
      improve overall productivity
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse
      environment
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline warehouse processes and identify
      opportunities for continuous improvement

    Inventory Management:

    • Implement inventory control procedures, including accurate tracking, cycle counting, inventory reporting and reconciling inventory levels
    • Month-end responsibilities to review and assist the reconciliation of the Open Purchase Order report for Georgia location.
    • Assist in reconciling any inventory discrepancies with Corporate Management advisement
    • Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand, maintain optimal inventory
      levels, and minimize stockouts
    • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of
      materials

    Sales Operational Support Projects:

    • Collaborate with the VP of Commercial Sales to develop and implement sales support processes,
      such as order processing, pricing, and customer data management via identified projects
    • Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing and Scanner Hardware teams to ensure accurate and timely
      implementation of new bank customers who will be using our various ordering portals

    Compliance and Documentation:

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements within your responsibilities
    • Assist Corporate Management with new vendor/supplier onboarding
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing records including contracts, invoices, and receipts
    • Assist in internal and external audits related to warehousing, inventory, and any purchasing activities, providing documentation and information as required
    • Stay updated on industry regulations, market conditions, and best practices in warehouse and business operations management and supply chain management

    Special Accounting/Procurement Projects:

    • Collaborate with the CFO and Procurement Department to develop new procurement, accounting, and operational processes via identified projects
    • Assist in the development and implementation of QuickBooks companywide

    Special Operational Process Improvement Tasks:

    • Provide support on operational projects including identifying process gaps and inefficiencies and
      develop solutions to optimize workflow and increase productivity

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
    • Proven experience, 5+ years in warehouse operations management, including inventory control
      and order fulfillment
    • Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices
    • Experience in sales operations support and familiarity with CRM systems. HubSpot is a plus
    • General understanding of accounting principles and experience in using QuickBooks
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
      simultaneously
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Strong excel skills
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-
      functional teams
    • Good understanding of software and tools, such as ERP systems, inventory management
      software, and Microsoft Office suite is a plus

    Location:

    • On-site at new location starting May/June 2024: McFarland Parkway, Alpharetta, GA. 30005

    Pay Range

    • $65,000 to $75,000 annual salary depending on experience
    • Profit plan bonus

    Other Requirements

    • Must pass a post offer background investigation, physical and drug test to the satisfaction of Superior
