As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our Technical Assistance Center solutions and its portfolio of projects to ensure successful execution, alignment with strategic goals, and delivery of high-quality outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management to drive program success and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Program Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of our portfolio of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Strategic Initiatives: Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives that deliver tangible value, and lead cross-functional teams to execute these initiatives.
    • Subject Matter Expert: Become the departments subject matter expert of all aspects of program execution and assist sales with product knowledge and client education.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including marketing, development, training, and operations, to align project objectives, allocate resources, and drive efficient and effective execution.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues that may impact project delivery or the overall program.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
    • Resource Management: Optimize the allocation of resources, including personnel, time, and budget, to ensure the successful completion of projects within the program.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet high-quality standards and are aligned with the organization's quality and performance objectives.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and trend assessments to identify growth opportunities, industry shifts, and potential risks.
    • Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices in program management, identify opportunities for process improvements, and contribute to the development and enhancement of project management methodologies.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
    • Proven experience (5 years) managing programs or products, preferably in a similar industry.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire cross- functional teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong technical background, with a understanding of software development, engineering processes, and project management methodologies.
    • Solid problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding solutions and driving projects to successful completion.
    • Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strategic thinking and the ability to align projects with the organization's goals.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in the banking industry and software conversions
    • Strong knowledge of banking systems and the implementation process
    • HubSpot CRM experience

    Location: We are looking remote and local candidates

    • Hybrid – remote with up to 2 days in the Santa Fe Springs, CA office
    • Remote – full remote with potential to travel to Santa Fe Springs, CA up to 2 times per year

    Pay Range

    • $90,000 to $110,000 annual salary depending on experience
    • Profit plan bonus

    Other Requirements

    Must pass a post offer background investigation, physical and drug test to the satisfaction of Superior.
